Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship domestic and international. For calculated shipping rates:Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

All items in my shop are either made by hand or made-to-order. Please allow 3-5 business days up to a week to process your order.

How do I track my order?

Expect an email with tracking information to let you know your order is on the way once I have fulfilled your order.

Can I add something else or edit my order after it’s placed?

We are not able to edit items to orders that have already been submitted. This is a security feature to protect your credit card transaction. Our system does not store your credit card on file; therefore, extra items cannot be added to or removed from an order. We are also unable to combine orders together after they have been placed to qualify for free shipping. 

Can I cancel my order?

Because orders are processed and shipped so quickly from our warehouse, we cannot cancel orders. As this would also be time consuming.

We ask that you double check that your cart is complete and accurate before making your purchase, as all sales are final.

I am sending a gift, will there be an invoice included?

Because so many of our customers send items as gifts, we do not include a packing slip in our orders. We encourage you to take a screenshot of any order information that you may need after checkout before exiting out of the window.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we do offer bulk discounts when purchasing 30+ of a single item. However, bulk rate discounts will not apply on top of or in addition to the pricing of items on sale or promotion. 

For pricing information, please contact us and include details on the product(s) and quantity you'd like to purchase.

Do You Offer Gift Cards?

Yes! They are e-gift cards that are sent via email. The email provided on the order is the email that will receive the gift card. You can then print or forward the gift card to the recipient.Gift Card amount will start at $10 minimum. 

My address was incorrect and now my order is being Returned-to-Sender?

If an item is Returned-to-Sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you as the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

 If you received an email that your order was Returned-to-Sender and wish to cancel the order at that time, the total minus the original shipping costs, will be refunded.

If you wish to re-ship a returned order, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs.

Please double check that all shipping and billing information is  accurate before making your purchase.

My order is over $75, but I was not offered Free Shipping?

*Please note that International orders do not qualify for free shipping at this time.*

Orders that are $75 USD pre-tax and after discounts will be given the option to select “Free Shipping” as their shipping method during checkout. (Gift Cards do not count toward the $75 minimum.)

EXAMPLE: Your cart's total is $80, but $8 of that is your shipping charge. This means your subtotal is only $72 and still short of the minimum for Free Shipping by $3.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we do have the option to ship to PO Boxes, which majority of the time will be shipped via UPS or USPS Mail.

We encourage you to use a physical address when possible, to avoid further processing and shipping delays that may occur.

Returns

How do I return an item?

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL - EACH ITEM HAS BEEN MADE TO ORDER. PLEASE REVIEW ALL ITEM SPECS BEFORE PURCHASING. Pray & Praise is not responsible after packages have been marked delivered by postal carriers.

How long does it take to process my return?

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please contact me at sheninewiggs@prayandpraiseparty.com and forward photos of any perceived damage.

Can I exchange for a different item?

No exchanges are allowed, unless we ship the wrong item and the original item isn't in stock. Then you may receive a refund or another item of equal value. So, please select the correct item for purchase.

General

Who is responsible for lost packages?

Pray & Praise Party Store is NOT responsible for packages after the postal carrier has marked delivered. Customer assumes full responsibility after packages leave my care, this is marketplace standard. Pray & praise Party Store is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our studio.

Do you accept custom orders?

We only accept custom orders on gift boxes for a special occasions such as: just because, Bible Studies, birthdays, Christian gatherings and events.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we will be offering wholesale on selective items in near future.

What is Pray & Praise Party Store mission?
