I've always felt a strong desire to create. Pray & Praise Party Store specializes in personalized, faith-filled products that ignites a sparkle of Joy (Jesus overshadows you). Most items are made or personalized by my own hand. The idea to put Scripture onto clothing and a variety of items sprang to life several years ago. I was deeply aware and equally burdened that so few Christian women know the scriptures by heart, myself included. Having been raised in church and becoming a believer at a young age, this should not have applied to me. Right? Wrong.

When I began doing intentional in depth Bible studies, I was shocked to discover my level of Biblical illiteracy. This discovery stirred up a hunger within me. I began to crave God’s Word more and more. I know very well, that the work of our hands and the meditation of our hearts should always reflect Him. We are most happy when we are doing what we were created to do, becoming more like the person we were made to reflect—Him! Loving Jesus with all our hearts and soul. How? By spending time with Him, sharing the good news and your experience with Him to others.

At the end of the day, I  actually value people over creativity. Creativity is actually the catalyst that connects me to people all over the world. I actually care about the person who might have a glimmer of hope or joy because of it. I believe we should celebrate the gift of creativity, yet rejoice in Christ every single second.
